Truckmate® has been proudly manufacturing the industry’s most trusted mudguards in Australia for almost 30 years.

Truckmate® – the preferred choice of the world’s leading OEM, fleet operators and discerning truck drivers.

Our truck and trailer mudguards are injection moulded from the highest quality UV-stabilised, impact-modified polypropylene which is 100% recyclable. Built to suit all conditions and applications, our mudguards are manufactured with spray suppressant ribbing and an inbuilt track for attaching our additional brush spray suppression arch.

Need Corporate colours? Want your trucks to stand out?

We offer our mudguards in 12 standard colours; red (R), black (B), white (W), grey (GR), silver (S), yellow (Y), dark blue (DB), light blue (LB), dark green (DG), light green (LG), orange (O) and brown (BR).

If your colour isn’t on the list, we can work with you to develop a custom colour to match any application – subject to minimum order quantities.

CHASSIS MOUNTING BRACKET REFLECTORReflective end-caps designed to suit chassis mounting brackets (product code CMBOS and CMBA) are injection moulded from polycarbonate. Unique design refracts light and becomes visible when lit by vehicle headlights which increases side-on visibility of trucks and trailers.

Please note: all chassis mounting brackets including CMBOS and CMBA come fitted with reflective end-cap (product code REF) as standard.

Replacement reflective end-caps are sold in packs of 10.

CHASSIS MOUNTING BRACKET BOSSCAPBosscaps designed to suit chassis mounting bracket offset tube (product code CMBOS) are injection moulded from polycarbonate.

Available in black, silver or chrome-plated are sold in packs of 10.

Truckmate® produced its first PVC mudflap in 1983 and continues to supply most of the biggest names in the Australian trucking industry.

Our customers keep using our quality products because we have the best performing mudflaps in a range of sizes and styles to suit your needs.

Manufactured fully in-house in Sydney Australia from premium raw materials – Truckmate’s quality PVC mudflaps have been trusted to go the distance on hundreds of thousands of trucks across the country and overseas.

All of our monogrammed and universal mudflaps are injection moulded from UV-stabilised flexible polyvinyl compound (PVC) which is 100% recyclable. They are available in standard industry sizes to suit all types of transport vehicles.

Rigid anti-spray mudflaps and raw sheet, meets all other small truck and truck-trailer applications.

Manufactured to the highest standards, our monogrammed mudflaps can be made-to-order with your branding – in your corporate colours! Our premium injection moulding and printing processes ensure you receive a quality, long-lasting product.

Supply your own artwork or let our highly skilled in-house design staff create a suitable design. Set on plain back mudflaps or anti-spray mudflaps, our monogrammed mudflaps can be customised with your logo, text and border raised and printed with one or more colours.

Custom colours, multi-coloured logos and screen printing available. Please call and speak with one of our helpful team members. Design and tooling costs apply – POA.

MOUNTING STRAPInjection moulded from black UV-stabilised nylon with mounting holes to suit, produced to secure mudflaps. Available in 4 sizes to suit standard mudflap widths. Mounting hardware not included.

ANTI-SAIL BRACKETZinc plated 8mm frame with 2-bolt mounting point to support and stabilise mudflaps and prevent excessive movement especially when vehicles are reversing.

Available in 3 sizes for mudflaps positioned to the rear of the tyre and 2 sizes for mudflaps positioned to the front of the tyre. All to suit standard mudflap lengths. Hardware not included.

Injection moulded from the high quality UV-stabilised, impact-modified polypropylene to comply with RMS standards and are 100% recyclable. Our load angles are available in 2 lengths, 500mm and 1050mm.
