Asset Information

1. Hover over “Asset Information” on the main ACC menu.

2. Select an item from the list. (“FleetSmart Maintenance” is in a separate chapter of this manual).

GEOTrac’s Asset Control Center enables simple management of your field assets. These assets include GPS equipment, trailers, certificates, and FleetSmart maintenance.

Detail: View or edit the details of this asset (see Add or Edit Asset Details this chapter).

View Dispatch: View Asset Dispatches for this asset(see details in this chapter).

ADD NEW ASSET: See Add New Asset in this chapter.

EXPORT: Save this list to your local machine.

Asset Group: Filter by asset group.

Delete: Remove this equipment from tracking.

Tare weight plus net weight equals

Description: An ACC User can see all the Asset Dispatches associated with an Asset by clicking on an existing “View Dispatch” link in the Dispatch History column of the GPS Equipped Asset Information page. This link will take the User to the Asset Dispatches page for the Asset in question (as displayed below). This page shows the Asset’s Unit Number and Serial Number. Also listed on the page are all dispatches that this Asset appears in. The dispatch numbers, arrival dates and drivers are listed in table form.

Description: Certificate management allows you to view a list of existing certificates. From here you may edit or delete an existing certificate , or add a new certificate.

ADD CERTIFICATE: A popup will appear asking for the name of the new certificate.

Edit: Allows you to rename a certificate, a popup will appear allowing renaming.

Delete: A prompt will appear asking if you wish to delete this certificate.
