USER MANUAL

1. DESCRIPTIONAdopting high – performance micro – controlles and high – resolution sensors (according to OIML R60 C3), the scale’s weighing is quick and precise. It is widely used in industrial packing, warehouse operations and many other business activities for its high reliability, esay operation, low energy consumption and long – term service.

3. OPERATION DIRECTION

1. Take away anything from the pan and ajust the 4 bottom screws to achieve level by the small bubble ( spheral gradienter ) in the centre of red circle on the operation board of the scale.

2. Press [ON] key, to start the scale. After self-check (about 15 minutes), it will show the ZERO POSITION. And then it can work.

3. The scale will run under energy – saving mode if no any operation within 20 seconds on the ZERO POSITION, After the weight is found by the scale , it returns to the weigh mode.

FUNCTION OF THE KEYS:

[MODE] Key: Use it with other keys, to enter Parameter –Setting mode.

[UNIT] Key: Choose the units to show the current weight.[TARE] Key: Setup the weight currently to tare and read “0”[ZERO] Key: Make to windows to zero within the set weight

limitation.

*Notice: You can cancel [UNIT] Keys’s function in the Parameter – Setting mode. About the detail, please turn to the SETTINGS.

INTRODUCTION TO EACH INDICATOR LIGHT:

Kg Led: ON, it shows kilogram as the unit.G Led: 1Kg=2G}Zero Led: Lighting (NO) means the scale is on zero and

darkness (OFF) is opposite.Gross Led: When the light is on, it shows gross weightNet Weight indicator light: When the light is on, it shows net

weight.Stable led: When the light is on means the weighting data is

stableCharge led: The indicator is green means charging process is

over, otherwise the indicator in red means the storage battery is under change.

*notice: It recharges without designation when the scale is off.

The recharge always last for 12 hours.

4. REGULAR OPERATION

1. Reset into zero: use 60Kg count weight scale as follow:

*Notice: C-TCS series are only used in 0=kilogram, E-TCS series are used in four kinds units.

5. INTRODUCTION TO ERROR SIGNErr 1: Calibration weight is lighter than ½ full capacity of the scale.}Err 2: Zero value is lackingErr 5: Power supply is low, please recharge.

All the indicator lights shinning: A reduction in power supply, please stop using and recharging.

-H-: Overload.

6. CAUTIONS1. Place the scale in good conditions for optimum result. Such-as

on a hard flat place and adjust its 4 bottom screws to make it level.

2. Clean your scale with a damp cloth but avoid water getting inside the scale. The scale should not be soaked by water. Be careful of getting an electric shock!

3. Load some objects onto the pan slightly to avoid damaging the load –cell.

4. Please firstly recharge the storage battery before using the scale (if no usage for long term) to guarantee it’s precision.

5. Locations as the followings may cause erroneous result.- Area where temperature changes abruptly- Area in high humidity or dusts- Area exposed to direct sunlight- On an unstable base or near to a source of vibration.

6. Please firstly check over the adaptor or fuse if you find the scale can not recharge.

7. Please press any keys slightly having no thorns and pines to avoid puncture on the panel cover.

8. Manufactures reserves the rights to make change without further notice to any products herein to improve reliability, function and design.

9. Use the manufacturer exclusive AC adaptor. Using other adaptors should be unmatched with original circuit parameters. Don’t put battery into fire or heat.

7. MAINTENANCE

This product warrants that for a period of one year from the date of purchase, this product will be free form defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts or damage resulting from negligent misuse of the product or disassembly, repair or alteration by anyone other than manufacturer . Further, the warranty does not cover Acts of God, such as fire, flood, hurricanes, tornados and tsunami etc. Please keep the original scale receipt. Proof of purchase is required to warranty performance. You can send the scale with the guarantee card do our company. And we will repair it four you!

1.DESCRIPCION

2.ESPECIFICACION

3.DIRECCIÓN DE LA OPERACIÓN

1. Quite cualquier cosa de la cacerola y del ajuste los 4 tornillos inferiores alcanzar llano por la burbuja pequeña (spheral gradienter ) en el centro del círculo rojo en el tablero de la operación de la escala.

5. La INTRODUCCIÓN A LA MUESTRA del ERROR

6. ADVIERTE
