Measure of success: year to year progression and completion.
77% combined progression and success rate.

Some adjustment to criteria – some allocations went to ABC/ACC

£1,000 available to students on directly funded courses.
Caveats for awarding:• Household income of 25K or less.
• Attendance average of no less than 90%
Expectation of student to ‘consent to
share’ on student loan applications.

2. RCB: College Commitment
Measure of success: number of allocations, progression and success.
Expected commitment of £79,000 from RHC in 2013/14.
(including FT students who fund without SLC assistance)
Actual commitment for 13/14 totalled £74,500.
The right of appeal: students
who are not awarded at
either allocation point can appeal their attendance
percentage.

3. The Reaseheath Trust (RHT)*
Measure of success: number of allocations, progression and success**.
*RHT launched in January 2015. Its full effect will be reviewed in twelve months.
**Data will be reported on at the end of the current academic session.
Replaces the Access to Learning Fund (ALF).
Operates within the same parameters that the ALF did.
10 Emergency grants totalling £3,000 allocated in 2013/14.
No carry over and no return on ALF – all funds were allocated.

Further analysis of each of the additional support programmes to contextual initial research.
