Major Donald John Stott, DSO and Bar 1915 – 1945 (The son of Annie McKay and Robert Edward Stott) Enlisted in December 1939 in the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force and posted to the 5 th Field Regiment, New Zealand Artillery Volunteered for the Special Operations Executive (SOE) in May 1942 and served with them in Greece and the Far East.
