The Club has also donated to their holiday fund for students. Half of the $20 admission for this event will go directly towards food, clothing and toy purchases for the children. This is the only Christmas many of these children will know. Edoardo was born in Trieste Italy where his passion for cooking be- gan. Chef Bacci has spent the last five years as executive sous chef at the Brown Hotel in down- town Louisville. During his tenure with the Brown, his responsibilities included oversight of the English Grill and the Brown’s AAA Four Diamond restaurant, J. Graham's Cafe. In addition, Chef Bacci has worked at Gasthaus and Paradise Café here in Louisville. He earned his A.S degree in Culinary Arts from Sullivan College. University Club Board ElectionIt is time to elect new members to our Board of Directors. Three board seats will be-come vacant in 2013: one alumni, one UofL retiree, and one faculty. Board terms are for three years with the possibility of being re-elected for a second term. Members can nominate themselves as well as other members. Nominees must represent the category for which they were classified as of January 2013; i.e., faculty, staff, etc. Please pro-vide the following information: Your name or the name of nominee exactly as it should appear on the ballot and a brief, typewritten bio, including a statement identifying your past, present and future interests related to the Club. Please include a photo if possible.This information must be sent to Linda Johnson, University Club, by January 14, 2013.
