Every Wednesday during lunch time our students (through literacy circles) enjoy reading, discussing and analysing a novel over a cup of milo/milk and cookies with Mrs Lenehan. The P&C will be hold- ing a meeting on Monday the 18th of March to fi- nalise the last minute details of the Baldry Shield. All community members who can assist are welcome to attend this meeting. In the meantime we are still seeking donations of cakes and slices to sell on the day. The P&C are organising a gourmet raffle we are requesting donations from parents, family and community members of non per- ishable items to contribute to this wonder- ful hamper. Items may be left at the school or at the Community Post Office. We are having a lovely time in class. The students are working on their growth mindset buy jumping into the learning pit and using a number of strate- gies to climb out. Mrs Lenenhan has commenced a lunchtime book club which we are enjoying over a cup of milo/milk and a treat. Currently the students are reading “The Lion , The Witch and The Wardrobe” Re- member students we need chapter two complet- ed for this weeks book club. This Friday the students will be attending the Jugiong Writers festival with a number of small schools, stay tune for our report on this exciting day. Have a great day.
