My constant aspiration to
make something different
and compelling drove me to
choose a design major in
university. Design, to me, is
an act of venturing into
unexplored areas to create a
new value.
My left brain logic, which I
inherited from my renowned
scientist father, was proved
by the Nationwide Physics
Competition Award. Such
logical thinking capacity
was amplified when
attending science high
school and Korea’s top
engineering university,
KAIST.
Brand Manager ofThe best brand among mobile communication brands in Korea.
I won many design awards at home and abroad,
including the Red Dot Design and the SKMS Award.
T Brand
Cultural Event Planner ofA series of new continual cultural events under the title “Week & T”Received the Korea Design Award.
Distribution Channel PlannerRevitalized distribution channel shops Resulted in a 75% increase in visitors and 50% increase in sales.
Digital Marketing Director I planned and carried out an innovative advertising campaign targeting the younger generation. Letters ‘LTE’ were
rearranged vertically to look like a Korean word pronounced as ‘nut.’ In this ‘NUT’ campaign, based on the mobile
app, users were encouraged to participate (data creation), enjoy (game competition), and share (data gift). As a
result, it not only drew an explosive response to the campaign itself but also was a huge success in a marketing term.
It hit the 4 million downloads mark within the shortest period in the history of my company.
‘The 100 year letter’The service that would incur financial burden instead of
generating profits. The Promise that would require an incredible responsibility for it
should last for 100 years.
