• TUSPHTM: Interactive DVD Project• LCCP/ACS: COFFEE Program, Policy Support and Hospital In-Reach
• Second round– LA CAP funded
• COFFEE and In-Reach (supplemented by DVD) and Policy
• Third round– Focus on COFFEE program– Leveraging other resources to fund policy and In-Reach

Successes
• Leveraging resources to grow COFFEE– Community Network partner received Avon
funding to expand program to Jefferson Parish– LBCHP received additional funding to continue
including Latina and Vietnamese communities– ACS received funding for home health parties
from LSU School of Medicine MB-CCOP

supplemental funds– Louisiana Comprehensive Cancer Control Program

COFFEE program and In-Reach program to enhance educational outreach activities
