As Administrative Agent for new facilities, we provide market-leading capabilities to navigate the variety and volume of the required paperwork, while coordinating with all syndicate members, counterparties and attorneys. We also work closely with lenders and counsel to oversee that the operational requirements of the deal are met and that the Administrative Agent role is clearly documented.

As Successor Administrative Agent, we can replace banks that wish to exit the Administrative Agent role.

Services can be provided on a named agent or private label basis and include coordinating all interactions between the lenders and the borrower. We will work with the arranger and/or lenders to confirm that all conditions precedent required for the release of funds are met.

We perform all usual deal administration, including processing utilization requests, principal and interest payments, fees, rate resets and amendments, consents and waivers. Our usual duties can include expediting communications with third parties, including attorneys and consultants, and monitoring the available commitment for the facility as a whole and for each lender.

In addition, we facilitate the monitoring of covenants to verify that the borrower is in compliance with the terms of the loan agreement. We also deliver specialized services for distressed and restructuring situations, including coordinating with counsel and implementing workout strategies.
