• NumberofBoostLightsoverthecanopy• Mountingheightofthelights• Positionandcenter-to-centerspacingofthelights

MountingMostGreenhouseshavesupportstructures(trusses)toprovidemechanicalrigidityandstability(seefigurebelow).TominimizeblockageofnaturalsunlightbytheBoostLEDlights,itisrecommendedthatthelightsaremountedtothesupporttrusses.Forthelightinglayouts,acontinuouslineoflightundereachsupporttrusswascreatedbydaisy-chainingtheBoostlightsinanend-to-endconfigurationasdescribedintheinstallationmanual.

LightIntensityTheprimaryapplicationfortheBoostLEDLightistoprovideenergyefficientilluminationforplantgrowth.ThisLEDfixturehasbeendesignedtoreplaceolder,lessefficient,lightingtechnologiesincludingfluorescentandmetalhalide.LightUniformityThelightinglayoutscreatedwithinthisdesignguidehavebeenoptimizedtoproduceuniformilluminationovertheextentofthecanopy.Non-StandardLightingDesignsThisapplicationnoteaddressesthemostcommondesignconfigurationsandintensityrequirements.PleasecontactThriveAgritech’sapplicationsengineeringteamwithlightingdesignrequirementsnotcoveredwithinthisguide.
