Presenters: Jametta Lilly, PFHAT Co-chair & CEO WCHAP Shares The PFHAT Campaign ‘A Healthy Baby Begins With You” And Invites Attendees To Convene A Workshop And Work Strategically To Resolve Infant Mortality./Health Disparities. Alethia Carr Provides A Stimulating Overview Of Life Course As A Theoretical And Practical Framework Improving Child/ Family Health. . Alethia Also Provided Data And Information About The Array Of MDCH Maternal And Infant Programs Under Her Leadership. Attendees Played The Life Course Game And Discussed Its Impact On Them And Potential For The Community.
