* Deadline of registration is Aug. 30, 2019 * Registration after Aug. 30, 2019 will be accepted subject to room availability and best available rate from the resorts/hotels and airline. * Hotel preferences will be on first come first serve basis and subject to availability. * Package excludes incidental expenses during the trip and airport/terminal fees

Registration changes or cancellation must be made not later than Sep. 01, 2019 to qualify for 50% refund. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after Sep. 15, 2019. Notice of cancellation must be made via mail to mon i ca .e s t re ra@ra jah tou r s . com.ph . A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within five (5) working days and fees will be refunded after the event.
