• Explain the Lean Six Sigma and the DMAIC methodology• Discuss the concept of variation• Develop a Customer Journey Map • Translate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to Critical to Quality (CTQ) criteria • Identify your role in a successful Lean Six Sigma project• Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects• Define problem statements• Design and develop process maps • Prepare graphical analysis of data (limited to Yellow Belt)• Apply problem solving methods learned in the DMAIC process to business issues• Evaluate risk of solutions and develop control plans to sustain improvements

From our experience we have assembled a Lean Six Sigma Toolkit. This toolkit assists practitioners in keeping focused on their project work and not creating “templates”. The Toolkit includes templates for each phase of the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.

A Certificate will only be issued on completion of both the theoretical knowledge and practical workplace application project. At the end of the agreed upon time, the Intern will turn in a project that will be due at the end of 12 months.
