Attendee Contact ListWe want you to succeed at the PEAK Leadership Summit, so we are offering the attendee mailing list absolutely FREE to the 2012 exhibitors exclusively. One of the most valuable benefits of attending conferences is networking. LeadingAge is dedicated to advancing networking at our conferences and helping exhibitors know who’s coming. The attendee contact list may be used for pre-show and post-show mailings to increase your visibility, draw traffic to your booth and reinforce contacts. The attendee contact list includes e-mail addresses only for PEAK attendees who granted us permission to share them, but includes mailing information for all attendees.

The 2012 pre-show attendee mailing list will be e-mailed to you as a link within your monthly exhibitor e-newsletter in March.

Send Expo Guest Passes to Your CustomersOn page 5 of this online quick guide, you will find three Expo Guest Passes. Make as many copies as you need—simply cut each sheet in three and mail guest passes to your existing or potential customers inviting them to your booth! Your customers can attend the Exposition absolutely FREE with this special invitation and are welcome to register for the conference as well.

They simply need to bring the Guest Pass to the LeadingAge Registration Desk the day of the event to receive their exhibit hall badge.

Please note: Guest Passes are for Aging Services Providers only (subject to verification); all others will be charged a one-day registration fee.

Exhibitor Badge/Exhibitor Conference Registration FormFor this event, LeadingAge will provide 2 Education Program Registrations at no additional fee per 8' x 10' booth increment. As the contact for your exhibiting organization, you may register everyone from your company at the same time. Online exhibitor registration is set up by exhibiting company. Simply visit www.LeadingAge.org/PEAK and click on “Register.”

If you prefer to register using the printed registration form, simply print page 6 of this online quick guide. This form is required to receive a badge for access to the exposition at all times. Note! Exhibitors should only use the Exhibitor Registration Form. Please DO NOT USE the Attendee Registration Form.

Each company is entitled to four free trade show badges per 8' x 10' booth increment. Any badge requests over the four 8' x 10' increment will be charged $75. You will receive your badge by mail if you register by March 9, 2012. Staff registering after March 9, may pick up their badges at the LeadingAge registration area at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.

Split/Share Registration Policy:Splitting or sharing a registration is not permitted for any exhibitor registration category. A TRADE SHOW ONLY registration must be used by the same person for each day or days that a person is registered. A FULL registration category is to be used by the same person for the entire conference, even if the person is able to attend only part of the program or conference.

Food and Beverage Catering ServicesThe Marriott Wardman Park Hotel is the exclusive provider of food and beverage. Unfortunately, you are not permitted to bring in food from outside to distribute from your booth. Any food or beverage that is provided by your company must be ordered through the hotel.

Hotel ReservationsTo make a hotel reservation, please contact the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel at (202) 328-2000, or online at www.LeadingAge.org/PEAK and click “Hotel”. Please be sure to mention that you are attending the PEAK Leadership Summit.

When making your hotel reservations, please be sure to indicate to the reservation agent that you would like to receive a confirmation. Please do not travel to Washington, DC without a hotel confirmation number.

Please change or cancel your reservation directly with the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.

Hotel Reservation Deadline—March 9, 2012Hotels are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. After March 9, 2012, hotel reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply.

Parking at the EventThe hotels parking services are run by Towne Park.

Music in Exhibit BoothIn the event that Exhibitor intends to play music in its space, Exhibitor represents and warrants to LeadingAge, its directors, officers, employees, members and agents, by its acceptance of the space, that it has secured and maintained all necessary licenses to play such music in its space. Exhibitor shall indemnify and defend LeadingAge, its directors, officers, employees, members and agents, from and against any all liability, loss, cost, damage, claims, liens, judgments, penalties, fines, settlement costs, investigation costs, the cost of consultants and experts, attorneys’ fees, court costs and other legal expenses, insurance policy deductibles and other expenses arising out of or related to the breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.

As a courtesy to the other exhibiting companies, music should be kept at a reasonable level.
