The Promoters Mr. BIMAL MUNI, aged 51 is a well known Business Man in his region. His family is well known for social work. He is promoters in his family business of producing RICE BRAN OIL under the firm names A.P ORGANICS PVT. LTD and RICELA HEALTH FOODS PVT. LTD. These firms are India’s Highest Rice Bran Oil Producing Co. They have last year turnover of 750 cr. They have been awarded from PM Dr. Manmohan Singh, President Pratibha Patil and Ex. President Dr. APJ Abdul kalam.

Mr. VARUN BANSAL, aged 22, a young technocrat having managerial and marketing skills of more than 7 years. He is actively engaged in retail and food industry. He is actively involved in this new project for its successful implementation and execution. He has God gifted powers of shooting the problems, wide spread knowledge in the field of IT. He is very fast decision maker who has selected all the things with eagle eye at each & every step.

Our recruited representative brings need from different companies for client for different location and compile at our H.O.

We charge for per deal from companies depends on product they want to sale and amount of need in market, we do this every day & publish the need of lead in our portal for our Lead agent against the amount, we reward for each lead.

Each moment lead comes to us, we forward it to companies & deduct amount against the same from his pre paid account & reward the commission to lead provider immediately in his account, which he can withdraw any moment.

We do recruit lead agent and provide them opportunity to work immediately after providing basic information in video format on our URL. These lead agents will get commission, once our client accepts the lead. One lead agent can be an ELA, if he or she can provide at least 10 fruitful lead from any sector, which is being approved by our client or else if he or she can introduce 5 ELA to us.

HOW WE WORK?

In another model, we recruit lead agent & if they want, then we put them in our “exclusive trained lead agent” team, where as he or she needs to go through four weeks of online training from “lead mentor” from company, in this case he or she needs to pay INR 5999/- (Five thousand nine hundred ninety nine)

We do believe in exclusive policy, we allow our LA to make a choice of industry two or three then work on it dedicatedly, if they want to work on more industry then they can go for separate training by paying same amount. One LA can go for ‘n’ number of trainings; we don’t have any restriction on same.

HOW WE WORK?

We do recruit Lead Agent and provide them opportunity to work immediately after providing basic information in video format on our Url. These Lead Agents will get commission, once our client accepts the lead.

What will be the Qualification for Exclusive Lead Agent?  He or She needs to have basic knowledge of computer & Internet. He or she must have a mobile number. He or she must be willing to dedicate four weeks time for

company for exclusive training by Lead mentor.

BENEFITS OF LEAD AGENT

A. Contract commission agent Job offer from company. According to this contract, you will get an offer for 6 months after four weeks of

training. We will offer you Rs.500/- per month against minimum 5 fruitful lead per month till the end of sixth month from the date of joining of yours into our training program.

C. Senior pro bonus. Company provide bonus to all seniors, under whom their direct recruited ELA doing

well and introducing more than 5 ELA each month directly & grooming them. If your directly recruited ELA help company to appoint 5 ELA per month then on those months you will get 10% of total incentive your direct ELA find from company.
