• Our principal Michael Kotkin is very committed. He promotes our activities and constantly offers help and suggestions.
• Mrs. Grieger was very involved before she left. She ran the whole program.
• We use guidance to track our volunteer hours.
• We involve the school through the news, announcements, the website, and the Rampage(our school newspaper)

EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP TEAM
• In the future, we plan to have the whole student body more aware of Students In Action. We would want everyone to turn in names so we have a lot to choose from.
• We have three people on our team and we promote the Jefferson Awards
• We tried to extend the announcements for the awards into more different areas like our website and newspaper. It has worked a little.
• We attended the fall leadership conference.

• We have lots of different after school programs and clubs that do tons of service projects.
• We didn’t have enough people to name a winner per month.
• We announced it on the news and put the winners on the website.
• We assisted Interact in the Relay for Life and went to the Disney Marathon.
• We increased volunteerism by putting more announcements on the news and posting information on the internet.

EXPANDS FINANCIAL CAPACITY FOR VOLUNTEERS
• Different clubs and organizations raised a lot of money. Groups include NHS, SHS, Biology and Medicine Club, etc. Events such as tutoring, local volunteering, and Disney Marathon.
• Student Government as a whole has put out public service announcements through our news station and on the school website.
