INGREDIENTES

1 platano largo  3 taza de agua

1 cucharada de matequilla2 cucharada de aceite

jamón½ cebolla

Sal

Pelar los plántanos y cortarlos piezas pequeños.

En un maceta que tiene agua, poner los platanos. Hervir los plantanos de 20 minutos.

Quitar las piezas y pon en un plato. Salvo el agua.

Mezcla los plantanos con matequilla y derramar el agua con los plantanos.

En una sartén cocinar el jamón y entonces agregar la cebolla. Servir con la comida.
