These are among the advantages of the religion of Islam:

1. Islamic promotes the concept of Tawba.

2. This concept encourages believers to repent

while they are still alive and before death is

getting nearer to them

3. Allah will forgive the believers if they regret

what they have done and make promise not to

repeat the mistakes

The related verse to Tawba concept:و

3:135 and who, when they have committed a shameful deed or have [otherwise] sinned against themselves, remember God and pray that their sins be forgiven - for who but God could forgive sins? - and do not knowingly persist in doing whatever [wrong] they may have done.

3:136 These it is who shall have as their reward forgiveness from their Sustainer, and gardens through which running waters flow, therein to abide: and how excellent a reward for those who labor!

4. Islam is totally different from other religions in

this world. Some of them convince their

believers to disclose their mistakes in the

presence of a priest or to torture themselves

in order to be released and free from sins

5. The Deen of Islam never commands its

believer to give out their wealth or any

materials they possess in this world to get

6. Muslims that practice Tawba concept will

achieve blessing, unbound from any sins

to Allah, attain the best place at heaven

and free from torment

7. Furthermore, all Muslims are

recommended to control their selves

from overly dissapointed with their sins

7. Islam always encourages all Muslims to make repents and ask for forgiveness from Allah as long as they are alive in this world

39:53 SAY: “[Thus speaks God:] ‘O you servants of Mine who have transgressed against your own selves! Despair not of God’s mercy: behold, God forgives all sins - for, verily, He alone is much-forgiving, a dis penser of grace!’ ”
