Welcome to the longest running Angus event in the great province of Manitoba. The Keystone Klassic is rich with history; several of the past entries that appeared on the pages of this catalogue have gone on to be Champions and mothers of breed greats.

This year’s offering will be no different, whether you are looking for a competitive show heifer for a junior or just the “young at heart.” The breds on offer represent the most productive and proven cow families the breed has to offer, several of which carry AI services to the most sought after sires in North America. She just didn’t agree on the halter breaking part. This is her first crack at production and she hit it out of the park. Emmy 1M went through the Manitoba Magic sale from Emmat Creek to SDL. We then brought her back east to Manitoba as a young cow. Formation was a son that we purchased from Sebastien Stewart and he left us a great set of daughters. Sensation is a bull that needs no introduction. He is a great heifer bull but he has also sired some very functional daughters. Don’t overlook this one! Her sire Harb Pendleton was a sire picked for his calving ease and did not disappoint with the bonus of good growth on his calves. The right of property shall notpass until after settlement has been made; no invoicingon buyers in attendance unless previous arrangementshave been made. Every animal sells to the highestbidder and in cases of disputes, the auctioneer’sdecision will be final. Announcements from the auctionblock will take precedence over the printed matter inthe catalogue. Current exchange rates will beannounced sale day. All monies are in Canadian funds.

Certificate of Registration:Each animal will carry papers issued by the CanadianAngus Association. A certificate of registry dulytransferred will be furnished to the buyer for eachanimal after payment has been made.

Health:All animals in the sale have met all necessaryhealth requirements.

Guarantee:Each animal becomes the purchaser’s risk immediatelyafter the animal is sold. All animals in this sale will besold under the terms and guarantees set forth by theCanadian Angus Association with regard to health,freedom from defects and from both reproductive andspecific genetic unsoundness.

Pregnancy Information:All serviceable age females have been pregnancyexamined by an accredited veterinarian, giving anestimated length of gestation. This estimated gestationperiod shall be used only as a guideline to calving andis not a guarantee of actual service.
