Dear Kedleston Camp Friends As I sit to write this Christmas letter I am keenly aware that most of us are thinking about the factthat another year is drawing to a close. Hopefully you are able to look back on the past months and seehow God has carefully led you and your loved ones through the highs and perhaps the lows, that madeup our year. What a blessing to know that He is there with us - through it all, drawing us to Himself, showing us His love, and daily transforming us into people that re ect Him to the world.

For those of us directly involved with planning camp each year, that is our number one desire- that people would come and experience God in a way that allows them to leave feeling refreshedand strengthened to return to their homes, workplaces and schools with a renewed love for the Godwho made them and love for those around them. We want the ministry of Kedleston Camp to be anextension of what is happening in your local church and trust that youve found a place where you canconnect weekly with others who can encourage and walk with you.

God was so faithful to us again this summer. With it being the rst year in our role as ExecutiveDirectors, we knew we had a lot to learn and experience. It is always a big undertaking to put on9 camps, train staff and Leaders in Training and host over 1000 campers, but year after year, Godshows up and blesses those who come. From Seniors Camp in June right through to Deaf Camp inAugust, it was amazing to see lives being touched by the ministry taking place day after day. There were45 who gave their lives to Jesus, 19 who were baptized, many who recommitted their lives, some werecalled to the ministry, others rededicated themselves to their marriages and families.

But while this all happened 6 months ago, its important to connect those special moments withthe most important moment of all time - Jesus arriving on earth! Coming to earth so we would have aSavior was Gods plan. When Kedleston was established back in the 40s, it was to provide a place thatwould point people to the Savior. Kedleston was part of Gods plan!

We, along with the board of Kedleston Camp want to thank each of you who came to camp, sentsomeone to camp, served at camp, prayed or gave to the ministry of camp. 2013 saw growth in bothnumbers and giving and we are so excited to go into 2014 with the means to take care of some needs atKedleston and develop and expand as we listen for Gods voice to lead us.

We pray this Christmas that you will be lled with joy and thatGod will ll your hearts with His peace. We are looking forward toconnecting with you in the coming months and hope to see youat Kedleston in the summer where we once again canexperience a fresh outpouring of His spirit on the beautifulshores of Last Mountain Lake.

Thank you for the honor of serving at camp andfor the support and love you showed to our family thisyear. Merry Christmas from our home to yours.
