2 Taking into consideration the Order dated 23rd September 2011 passed by the Hon ble High Court of Kamataka in WP No 306192009 and connected cases in which Honble High Court has directed that the notified minimum wage prevailing on 01-01-2009 for agricultural
1 labourers in the State of Kamataka should be llie notified wage rate under MGNREGA on 01-01-2009 the wage rate at SI 9 above in respect ofKamataka has been worked out by taking Rs 10792 which was the minimum wage rate as on 1st January 2009 for unskilled agricultural labourers fixed by the State Government under the Minimum Wages Act 1948 vide its notification no LD96LMW2005 dated 30-07-~007 with enhancement every year on the addition of VDA(Variable Dearness Allowance) based on the Consumer Price Index as reported by Government of Kamataka vide its letter dated 16-03-2012 as the wage rate under MGNREGA as on 1st January 2009 and applying to it the percentage increase in the Consumer Price Index for
