Staying strictly close to the mandate of one
agency may harm the team.
Once recognised, the team needs to openly
address the issue.
LESSONS LEARNED
Pushing for too ambitious agenda can be unproductive.
One UN Voice needs to be focused.
A person needs to be designated to chair the team. Other models do not work (rotating, one agency driven JCT, etc..)
Clarifying roles of:
1) Communications (JCT)
2) Programme
Defining procedures.
Pursue guidance from UNCT and Working Groups
