Job Description Job Title SME Sales Support Administrator
Reporting to SME Growth Leader - People
Department SME Sales
Section SME
Purpose
Responsible for all administration duties within the SME sales team and their own. To grow their own brokers portfolio and to help with the portfolio grow as a collective. To achieve business plan targets and defined business objectives throughout the SME stream.
Key Responsibilities Grow the SME portfolio and their own in line with team targets Actively monitor and allocate workloads within the Prospect and pricing mailboxes. Involving the analysis of
received tenders checking prospect status to existing portfolio Responsible for setting up new business tenders, renewal contracts, and process new installations within
defined target expectations. Ensure third party relationships are maintained and developed where possible to achieve optimum profitability
from their clients Actively communicate with prospect customers to maximize quoting opportunities and ensure customer
expectations are met Ensure all data is accurate and uploaded correctly into systems without impact to overall sales processes
ensuring 90%+ of all tenders set up are quotable Liaise with sales reps on tenders to ensure accurate set up of data to sales requirements Provide assistance to fix rejections when required Ensure all miscellaneous processes within prospect loading are performed including – New
connections/Siteworks / Creation of meter points / annual consumption process and any other ad hoc processes
Record Prospect leads to database capturing future tender information accurately. Process fully aggregator sales to go live status involving regular reporting and liaison with third party
aggregator. Ensure accurate data is passed to portfolio management for price changes and reporting of lost business Ensure all risk controls within team are adhered to and performed timely and accurately. Manage the successful transfer of all committed contracts and additional sites ensuring all relevant
documentation is signed off. Process received sales contracts, terminations and daily post. Complete all stages of the renewals batch processes end to end. Assist in resolution of team query logs. Act in accordance with the companies risk procedures and guidelines Receive inbound calls from customers and third parties assisting with questions and queries Liaise with different departments throughout the business regarding the management of customer accounts Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all the above points To actively improve all current processes and provide innovative solutions.
Carry out other reasonable duties as determined by the Sales Growth Leader or Deputy Team Leader
