Bhd. Project Director has the responsibility and Authority to ensure the project performance as per target schedules and to monitor the progress and to provide necessary resources for the timely completion of all the activities as per the requirement of the customer. He has the overall responsibility and authority to operate and decide the operational policies of the particular project and site. KEY FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibility for managing TNM’s relationships, rights and obligations under the company’s key commercial agreements and the laws of Malaysia.Provision of decision support and analysis expertise to enhance decision making, adding value and positively impacting business performance. Monitor industry legislative developments, develop and implement strategic changes in order to maintain compliance and maximise business performance Manage the company’s compliance with all Project Agreements and key statutory matters. Manage TNM’s regulatory compliance, including all reporting and tariff related matters. Actively managing TNM’s key project related agreements (including the PPA), highlighting any possible areas for re-negotiation & working

TNM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. KEY FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibility for managing TNMs relationships, rights and obligations under the companys key commercial agreements and the laws of Malaysia.Provision of decision support and analysis expertise to enhance decision making, adding value and positively impacting business performance. Monitor industry legislative developments, develop and implement strategic changes in order to maintain compliance and maximise business performance Manage the companys compliance with all Project Agreements and key statutory matters. Manage TNMs regulatory compliance, including all reporting and tariff related matters. Actively managing TNMs key project related agreements (including the PPA), highlighting any possible areas for re-negotiation & working with key stakeholders to minimise risks to the project and maximise business performance. Participating in contract negotiations including acquiring and supervising outside legal advice where necessary. To develop & build good relationships with key stakeholders, government offices and regulatory officials etc. To develop and maintain an excellent working relationships with the plant management team. Deliver training on commercial matters to the wider TNMs team Managing the provision of energy sector and country specific risk analysis. Maintain TNMs Risk Register and develop strategies to realise commercial opportunities and minimise threats to the business. Identify and execute new transactions for TNM, provide commercial support and advice to other areas of the business on an as needed basis.
