January - February 2018 Flat Even Count Peyote fs \ $ 25 Saturday, January 13 (10am-1pm) Join us as we learn one of the most basic off-loom bead weaving technique. The peyote stitch has been seen in Native American beadwork as well as Ancient Egyptian artifacts. It can be woven in an even count or odd count of beads per row, although this class will be focused on the more popular even count. This design features a chevron pattern that’ll help you understand how to read a patterned graph. All skill levels welcome. Beads are placed onto the warp threads before theloom is dressed and that’s what allows you to move alongquickly.
