Branden was born in Toronto and now lives in Gull Bay ( K i a s h k e Z a a g i n g Anishinaabek). Gull Bay is located in the Thunder Bay District in northwestern Ontario. It is approximately 175 km north o f Thunder Bay on Highway 527 on the western shore of Lake Nipigon. Gull Bay is part of the Nokiiwin Tribal Council. The population on reserve is approximately 350. Branden started working in the plant as a job placement with another operator. His duties include checking turbidity, adding chlorine and checking the lift stations. He plans to complete his Grade 12 and continue his education in water treatment.

Interests include computer and video games and spending time with his family.Best of luck in y o u r j o b p l a c e m e n t a n d becoming a certified water plant operator!
