In terms of sectors I first worked across the General & London Market Insurance, being personally mentored by a leading recruitment professional in this field, and from there extended myself to also build up a deep and fine grained understanding of the Management Consulting sector as well as the networks to match. I have joined Mansion House to bring these strands together and build a team specialist and expert in placing the Change & Transformation talent who will shape, lead and deliver the next generation of Transformation programmes into the Insurance, Banking & Consulting sectors. I have always and continue to deliver the staff your business needs to realise their benefits cases, from Project Co-Ordinator to Programme / Consulting Directors and Head of Change on both a permanent and interim basis as needed. After ten years in the headhunting business my style is collaborative and fast paced: I live or die by my word and value your time as highly as my own. I have a personal candidate pool that is tried and tested, having made hundreds of successful placements that have enabled my clients to focus more of their time on their programmes, engagements and deliverables.
