The Weekend Warrior (15-week program)

You’ve got a busy calendar and really cannot take much time for training. After work, there are so many other things to do so the weekends are left.

• Online self-study Same as Classic, but relevant

modules to be completed on weekend before classroom session for same

• Classroom session Every week there is a full 1-

day physical or virtual classroom session, eg: every Monday

This is the default option for the Expert Program. (See sample in previous slide). In this option you will meet your fellow students 3-times over a period of 12 weeks

• Online self-study: Lifecycle: Five modules of 8-hours each + 10-hours for

MALC. Capability: Four modules of

10- hours each + 10-hours for

MALC

• Classroom sessions: Lifecycle: 10 days Capability: 12 days (Check previous slide to classroom structure)

The ‘Classic Virtual’ (12-week program)

Same as the default option, but all classroom sessions take place in real time in a Virtual Classroom environment led by the Instructor.

The Boot Camp (10-week program)

The Boot Camp requires you to complete all self-study modules prior to coming to the classroom. The classroom part is organized as consecutive days for all modules in the track and then followed by MALC a few weeks later.

• Classroom session of 8 (Lifecycle) or 10 (Capability) consecutive days including weekends. Followed by a separate 2-day session for MALC
