Issue 4: Termination In the case of SAP for ATLAM, Lim was having conflict of on opinion with Zulkifli Osman when discussing the matter of SAP system in ATLAM. Lim was disagreed to implement the SAP system in ATLAM as he criticize there were tremendous factors such as time constraint, insufficient of resources (fund, expertise, facilities), subsequent problems in SAP system compared to ACCPAC. In the other hand, Zulkifli Osman was very unsatisfied with Lim’s behavior and intended to kick him out of the project but Lim is good for organization since he was very experienced in such related industry. Zulkifli Osman was advised to reconsider on the termination of Lim. Recommendation In the case SAP for ATLAM, Zulkifli was terminate Lim from the project team because Zulkifli thinks Lim is a time waster and the time waster cannot be in the project team. Other than that, Zulkifli terminate Lim because Lim raised too many issues when having the meeting and Lim was bring too many questions that justify the reliability of the SAP system. Zulkifli was afraid that Lim would influence the others with his view thus will lead to more resistance in the group. In our point of view, Zulkifli decision to terminate Lim is a wrong decision. This is because, Lim contribute a lot of idea when having the discussion although he is always have different point of view in the implementation of SAP system in ATLAM. Besides that, Lim has vast knowledge and experienced in the systems. He knows the pros and cons between SAP and ACCPAC. Zulkifli as leader of the project team are too emotional when making the decision to terminate Lim. As a leader, he should be professional. Zulkifli should not been easily feels
