Please note!

Make sure to keep the packaging from the damaged shipments as the courier

companies often wish to inspect the packaging before reimbursing us for the freight

costs.

Make sure to document the damages by taking pictures of the packaging materials

and the items inside.

Coverage when not covered by a transport insurance:

((SDR x Net weight) x SDR currency) + Freight = Demand

We follow the SDR currency from the National bank of Denmark based on the date we

receive the claim – www.nationalbanken.dk/da/statistik/valutakurs/.

For shipments sent by sea or air freight, we are able to buy additional transport insurance.

Please inform us when placing the order or when the shipping instruction has been provided,

if you wish the additional transport insurance for your order.

Cost of insurance = 1% of the invoice amount (minimum € 23)

Coverage is the invoice amount (TNT covers up to € 23.000)

Example: Lost goods at value € 5.000 = claim amount € 5.000
