proportion of 35-40% for the left bank of Kyiv and 60-65% for the right bank. In recent years there has been a tendency in reduce of the supply on the Left Bank

of Kyiv compared for the right-bank due to the appearance on the right bank side more affordable and lower cost prices. In the structure of housing accepted for operation in two quarters of 2016 dominated Solomians'kyi (29.8% - 87,335 sq.m); Pecherskiy (16.6% - 48,797 sq.m); Holosiivskyi (16.5% - 48 506 sq.m) and Shevchenkivskiy (13.6% - 39,892 sq.m) districts of Kyiv.

The smallest amount of offers characterized by districts of Kyiv: Dniprovskiy (0.3%); Obolonskiy (0.9%) and Desnyanskiy (2.0%).

PRICING IN THE PRIMARY REAL ESTATE MARKET The average price of 1 sq.m of primary real estate in UAH was nominated at the

KYIVENERGO fully meet the needs of consumers in electricity and 75% - of heat energy. Darnytska CHP (‘’Euro-reconstructsiya’’ LLC) provides 25% of heat energy. Kyivenergo is a joint stock company that provides Kyiv with a full cycle of power by combining the processes of generation, transmission and sale of heat and electricity, and incineration. Approximately 12,000 employees are working for the company, and its material and technical base consists of the following assets which are grouped according to the main areas of activity:

Kyiv is the largest city of Ukraine. Every year it produces more than 1,1 million tons of solid waste. According to various sources the level of

recycling and reuse of waste does not exceed 10% of the total amount, while the European Union recycles 60% of solid waste. Almost 70% of

solid waste sent to landfills and dumps, about 30% of the waste incinerated at the plant "Energy". The main ground is a landfill №5, which

operates by PJSC "Kievspetstrans."

PROJECT FEATURES The project idea is to construct a single center of government in Ukraine. All branches of power in Ukraine will situated on the territory. Today in Kiev, 80% of government buildings are located in unsuitable premises. After transferring the Administrative center to the «Nyzhnya Telychka» current government buildings can be used as a hotels, apartment houses, commercial buildings. Thus will get rid of the enormous flow of traffic in the city center.

PROJECT DESCPRIPTION In 2014, JSC «Kyivenergo» made a number of steps to reconnect consumers from boiler house «Svyatoshyno» to the zone of heating ST «Bilychi». Therefore the boiler house was commissioned and its equipment mothballed. For the construction of residential house and final liquidation of a boiler house «Svyatoshyno» a certain number of actions needs to be done: a section of heating network needs to be relayed (2 DN 300 up to 280 m), valve installation (4 DN 300), increase a number of shunt pipes (2 DN 300) and equipment of a Central Heating Unit needs to be upgraded. The project will be implemented in two stages : 1. Execution of activities for final liquidation of a boiler

house, its write-off with compensation to the city budget and demolition of it.

2. Construction of a residential house.
