In the structure of housing accepted for operation in two quarters of 2016 dominated Solomians'kyi (29.8% - 87,335 sq.m); Pecherskiy (16.6% - 48,797 sq.m); Holosiivskyi (16.5% - 48 506 sq.m) and Shevchenkivskiy (13.6% - 39,892 sq.m) districts of Kyiv.

Kyiv is the largest city of Ukraine. Every year it produces more than 1,1 million tons of solid waste. According to various sources the level of

recycling and reuse of waste does not exceed 10% of the total amount, while the European Union recycles 60% of solid waste. Almost 70% of

solid waste sent to landfills and dumps, about 30% of the waste incinerated at the plant "Energy". The main ground is a landfill №5, which

In 2014, JSC «Kyivenergo» made a number of steps toreconnect consumers from boiler house «Svyatoshyno» tothe zone of heating ST «Bilychi». Therefore the boilerhouse was commissioned and its equipment mothballed.For the construction of residential house and finalliquidation of a boiler house «Svyatoshyno» a certainnumber of actions needs to be done: a section of heatingnetwork needs to be relayed (2 DN 300 up to 280 m),valve installation (4 DN 300), increase a number of shuntpipes (2 DN 300) and equipment of a Central Heating Unitneeds to be upgraded.The project will be implemented in two stages :1. Execution of activities for final liquidation of a boiler

house, its write-off with compensation to the citybudget and demolition of it.
