Summary: A new fund to invest in boutique hotels (mainly

located in Spain) has been raised by a member of one of the

most important hotelier families in Spain together with some

private investors. An international partner would be desired

to support cash needs as far as to prepare international

growing.

Project: HOLIDAY BUILDING IN BARCELONA CITY CENTRE

Summary: A perfectly located and specially designed building in Barcelona city center is on sale. It is of 6 floors

composed of 22 apartments of 1, 2 or 3 beds, 3 shops and 27 parking spaces in the same building of 18 storage

rooms. Since 2012 the occupancy has been keeping 80% to 100%. It enjoys high rating in either Tripadvisor and

Booking and very active on social media, also it even has its own website.

Deal: 100% acquisition

Summary: Two luxury hotels (5 stars) located in Barcelona, one in the north and the other

one in the south side of the city, being owned by the same property. Property has decided to

sell both of them, being possible to finance part of it through actual mortgages.

Summary: A prestigious luxury hotel is on sale, which located in the rapidly developing urban centre of L’Hospitalet, second largest city of Catalonia, 10 kilometers west of Barcelona. actual owners. One of them, the one offered, close to

Summary: Sell side from a biotech’s fund selling some invested companies, for example company who discovered a

hybrid barley and wheat with no additives. All natural and already on sale, and It can resist extreme temperatures

and weather than the regular wheat does not admit.

Summary: A new investment fund specialized in technology projects in their earliest stages is being created. This

makes possible to achieve a good percentage of the company shares for little money (up to 150.000€). 2.000.000€

Summary: through a technology like the one used in airplanes the entrepreneurs will develop a

new ship which will use the wind and sea force to produce hydrogen and oxygen 365 days per year

through an electrolysis process for free. The new prototype will ask 2 years of investigation.



Project: GAS STATION IN BARCELONA

Deal: 100% acquisition / Lease

Summary: Total investment area is 550 m2 including an entire building(grand floor and 5 more floors plus a pent-

house). The gas station has four pumps with 3 products of its own brand. At the ground floor there is a refueling shop

selling drinks and food, cigarettes and magazines. Also a 100 m2 office is right above the shop.
