as Shanghai Qiyao Screw Machinery Co. Ltd. , listed with the group (SH601989)

2010- 1st coke oven gas screw compressor unit which is used to produce LNG

Production Capacity

Production Capacity: 200 sets per year.

So far, the maximum rotor diameter is 650mm, produced by the screw rotor milling machine, which can meet the rerequirement of maximum gas volumn 800m3/min.

After introducing large-size rotor milling machine produced by the Holroyd, the rotor diameter can add up to 1000mm, with the maximum gas volumn of 1600 m3/min.

So far, the maximum rotor diameter is 650mm, produced by the screw rotor milling machine, which can meet the maximum gas volumn 800m3/min, fit for all the styrene devices below 0.2 million tons/year.

After introduce the Holroyd large-size rotor milling machine, the rotor diameter can be up to 1000mm, with the maximum gas volumn 1600 m3/min.

Self-polymerization of butadiene happens

easily when the temperature is over 80 ℃,

which may adhere to the rotors and cause

damage. To solve this problem, water is

injected into the compressor to control the

temperature of exhaust gas below 75 ℃.

Burning with the air, the component of

generated gas may be changed for inexact

process control. The screw compressors are

not influenced by this, and do not have

surge.

Take the flammable gas recovery

device as an example, whose inlet

volume is 60m3/min per set. The

flammable gas volume is about 23

million m3 . It can increase the

income for about 18.4 million yuan

per year (take the flammable gas as

0.8 yuan/m3).

Coke Oven Gas Screw Compressor

In recent years, the domestic energy supply

situation has changed as the oil and natural gas

price rise substantially. The coal chemical

industry, using coal as raw material, has

grown rapidly.

Coke oven gas is the byproduct of coking process.

In recent years, comprehensive utilization

technologies of coke oven gas have been developed

for Methanol recovery, LNG and H2 producing,

which are suitable for national situations.

simple structure, long running period, etc.

Therefore, they are getting more and more popular

in coke chemical industry.

Most coke oven gas is from initial coal chemical

industry process gas. This kind of gas is always

low pressure, containing water, dust, tars,

naphthalene, hydrogen sulfide, etc.
