• This two qualities plays an important role in deciding a person is contributor or not?

• STATIC PERSONALITY:- The persons whose mindset don’t change with time are said to posses static personality.

• DYNAMIC PERSONALITY:- The persons who carve their mindset according to ongoing generations are said to posses dynamic personality.

The contributor links and describes himself with the services he is being providing to his company

and not by his past achievements hence he possess dynamic personality.

HOW TO DEFINE A PERSONS PERSONALITY?

• A TRUE CONTRIBUTOR ALWAYS LOOKS FOR OPPORTUNITY.

• WORKING FOR A REWARD IS A CHARACTERISTIC OF A NON-CONTRIBUTOR.

• IF A PERSON LOOK FOR OPPORTUNITY AND FULFILLS THAT OPPORTUNITY WITH HIS COMPLETE STRENGTH THEN HE WILL BE SURELY REWARDED.• He says-“OPPORTUNITY LEADS TO REWARD”

Hence he believes in opportunity rather then rewards.

REWARD OR OPPORTUNITY?

• HOW DOES A PERSON SEE’S THE CHALLENGES HE FACE IN HIS CAREER, IS A IMPORTANT POINT WHICH DECIDES A PERSON IS WHETHER A CONTRIBUTOR OR NOT.

• IF A PERSON SEE THE CHALLENGES INFRONT OF HIM AS A HURDLE THEN HE IS A NON-CONTRIBUTOR.

• IF A PERSON SEE THE CHALLENGES AS A OPPORTUNITY THEN HE IS SAID TO BE A CONTRIBUTOR.

He is always eager to face new challenges and is ready to prove himself. He is always ready for new-assignments when he completes the last

one.

TRY TO GET REWARD OF THE TASK PERFORMED BY HIS TEAM.

• NON-CONTRIBUTORS FOCUS ON “I” NOT “WE”.WHENEVER HIS SUPERVISORS CREDITS HIM HE NEVER

ACCEPTS SUCH CREDITS BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT ITS NOT ONLY HIS EFFORTS THAT MADE HIM ELIGIBLE FOR THE CREDITS BUT IT WAS POSSIBLE BECAUSE OF

HIS WHOLE TEAM.

BELIEF IN TEAMWORK

EXAMPLE:-

HE BELIEVES IN TO CONCENTRATE ON FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES RATHER THEN PAST FAILURES.

HE BELIEVES IN TEAMWORK AND UPBRINGING OF HIS CO-WORKERS.

HE BELIEVES IN OPPORTUNITY THEN REWARDS. HE IS DEVOTED TO HIS WORK AND COMPANY AND

COMPANYS BENEFITS IS HIS BENEFITS. ACCORDING TO THE ANSWERS GIVEN BY MR. NIKUNJ

GANGANI IT CAN BE SAID THAT HE IS A DYNAMIC PERSONALITY AND HE HAS ALL THE REQUIREMENTS WHICH ARE NEEDED TO BE A GOOD CONTRIBUTOR.
