The Brief Hypercolour records was set up in 2006 by by DJ/Promoters Alex Jones and Jamie "Cedric Maison" Russell. The company releases under- ground house and techno across the globe. Been a relitivly new company there main target audiece is age 18 - 25 but can extend higher. I Intend to inform, educate and promote Hypercolour. They have a good logo but i plan to refresh or change it. They lack in self pro- motion and need products and promotion to get there name out there a bit more. I want to send a message of been more than a record label and push them into a bigger market of merchandise and create a relating product range. The chosen Briefs i am basing my own one on is the Misisty of Sound taking from this the target audience and then the music theme which i applied to a different less established company. The next one was the ISTD rebrand which aim was to put a fresh face on the company to make it appeal more to a younger audience. They want a possible logo change or re-fresh and to create the supporting stationary and products to support the change.

The Brief

Hypercolour records was set up in 2006 by by DJ/Promoters Alex Jones and Jamie "Cedric Maison" Russell. The company releases under-ground house and techno across the globe.

Been a relitivly new company there main target audiece is age 18 - 25 but can extend higher.

I Intend to inform, educate and promote Hypercolour. They have a good logo but i plan to refresh or change it. They lack in self pro-motion and need products and promotion to get there name out there a bit more. I want to send a message of been more than a record label and push them into a bigger market of merchandise and create a relating product range.

The chosen Briefs i am basing my own one on is the Misisty of Sound taking from this the target audience and then the music theme which i applied to a dierent less established company.

The next one was the ISTD rebrand which aim was to put a fresh face on the company to make it appeal more to a younger audience. They want a possible logo change or re-fresh and to create the supporting stationary and products to support the change.

I have been looking at more established record lables which are branding themselves better. The use of logo etends to a huge ammount of products.
