ASSEMBLY2.1 SETTING UP THE UNIT

Connecting tub to actuator

To connect spa tub to actuator which is located underneath the Spa Chair, slide

the tub towards actuator and insert the provided piece of metal pin, then insert

the R-clip to lock it.

Drain System

Both the inner and outer drain pipes are fitted with connecting couple, turn

clockwise to tighten or anti-clockwise to detached from the quick coupling

that is fitted at the tub.

Inner drain set

The inner drain pipe is fitted with user friendly quick

coupler for easy set up.

One end of the Inner drain pipe is fitted with drainer

extension and the other end is for joining the quick

coupler block fitted at the inner rear wall of the tub.

External drain set

One end of the External drain pipe is to join to the

drain pump and the other end to join to the quick

coupler block fitted at the external rear wall of the

tub.

ASSEMBLY2.2 SETTING UP ENVIRONMENT

Connects both hot and cold water high pressure hose to the connector located

at the rear wall of the spa tub.

Connect the external drain pipe to the quick coupling that is on the rear panel

of the spa tub.

Joins one end of the air tube to the lower air button label with the word Drain

and the other end to the water pump for air pressure control draining.

Plugs the power cable for the drain pump to your power source

Joins one end of the air tube to the Upper air button label with the word

Whirlpool and the other end to the electric box for air pressure control LED lamp

and pipeless whirlpool motor.

Join the DC jack cable from the adaptor to the LED lamp.

Plugs the power cable for the electric box to your power source

Ensure foot rest slider is inserted properly.

Ensure all water hose are properly connected.

Ensure drain stopper is inserted properly at the drainer.

Plugs the power cable for the massage chair to your power source.

FUNCTIONS AND OPERATION

3.1 OPERATING SPA TUB

Moving Tub

Twice pressing Forward button quickly to completely move tub

out of the chair

Press once the Forward button to move tub, release at anytime

during tub sliding to anchor it.

Twice pressing Backward button quickly to completely move tub

back to under the chair

Press once the Back ward button to move tub, release at anytime

during tub sliding to anchor it.

Filling water into the tub

Lift up mixer handle bar for water volume, turn mixer handle to the right

for cold water volume or to the left for hot water volume.

Shower Sprayer

The shower sprayer unit for tub cleaning is located at the side wall

near to front edge.

Drain Control

The draining control knob located on the side wall has an overflow

structure to limit water level, turning knob clockwise to lift drain-stopper

for water draining or turn anti-clockwise to stop draining.

Whirlpool

The tub comes with 2 units of whirlpool motor for comfortable water

therapy; to turn on or turn off, press the air button label with the word

Whirlpool.

LED Water Light

Multi-color Led lamp is working together with whirlpool motors by

pressing the air button label with the word Whirlpool.

Footrest

Footrest for calves support is with 3 level height setting.

Drain Pump

Press the button label with the world Drain to turn on for water draining,

the water pump is able to bring water to the height of more than 2 meters;

to stop the motor, press air button again.

FUNCTIONS AND OPERATION3.2 OPERATING SPA CHAIR

1. TIME

To start any manual function, press

button for massage session in steps

of five minutes up to 30 minutes.

2. STOP

Press button to stop massage

program and fully rise backrest to

upright position.

3. AUTO

LCD screen will show A1, A2 or A3

when repeatedly pressing button

for scanning neck and shoulder.

Preset stroke range at the time of

beeping sound by pressing the UP

or DOWN button, there will be

4.1 DAILY CARE

The complete products is produce for simple maintenance since it is

purported for commercial usage.

Massage Chair

The massage chairs are made from durable materials outfits, and all moving

mechanisms requires little maintenance such as regular greasing on moving

parts especially at the time when they are making unusual noises as signals of

asking maintenance attention.

Spa Tub

The spa tub is fitted with 2 pipe-less motor to solve the problem of unable to

thoroughly cleaning conceal pipes. Detach the front block that comprises

6 independent components for complete cleaning and brushing.

The main body of the spa tub is made of Acrylic that give long last shining and

fast cleaning, as well as the footrest is in acrylic material.

4.2 REPLACING PARTS

All parts can be easily dismantle without hard force or special tools.

Ensure all cable are unplug before doing replacement work.

If needed to remove the power box and cables, cut all zip-ties that are

fastening wire set in respective location.

Remember to tie them back firmly after replacement work.
