PMI Indonesia Chapter is a non-profit organization that promotes knowledge and

expertise among project practitioners working across industries. Since 1996 the PMI

Indonesia’s volunteers have been working very hard to promote project management

in Indonesia. Your support will publicly reinforce to your customers and employees

alike that you are committed to accountability through the application of project

PMI Indonesia Chapter has over 850 members and regulary organizes several events

promote your brand over our annual events. When your organization sponsors our

events, you will gain access to a number of eminent industry professionals, experts,

organization will be provided with a presence at the event and an opportunity to

relations programme designed to bring exposure to the annual events in the build-up

to and reflection period after the events.

about us

Project Management Institute (PMI) is one of the world’s largest professional

membership associations, with half a million members and credential holders in

more than 185 countries. It is a not-for-profit organization that advances the

project management profession through globally recognized standards and

certifications, collaborative communities, an extensive research program, and

professional development opportunities. Since founding in 1969, it has been at

the forefront of working with business to create project management standardsand techniques that work.

The Project Management Institute of Indonesia was founded in 1996 and is an

organization dedicated to enhancing, consolidating and channeling Indonesian

project management knowledge and expertise for benefit of all stakeholders. This

organization is one of the chapters of Project Management Institute (PMI), a

nonprofit, worldwide leading professional organization. Our members andcredential holders span numerous industries, businesses and many of the

Indonesian leading corporations as well as nonprofit institutions.

As end of April 2019, members of PMI Indonesia Chapter are 889 members.

There is a significant increase during the last seven years, with more than 596%

growth rate. Whilst compare to 2017, the PMI Indonesia Chapter increased by

20% in 2019.

The members of PMI Indonesia Chapter are from various industries. Most

members are from IT industry with 24% of members, followed by

Telecommunication and energy at 20% and 12%, respectively.

The growth of PMI Members and PMP in Indonesia is a proof that the project

management awareness has been improving a lot since the day we boost our spirit to

grow our professionalproject management mindfulness.

about symex 2020

The last Symposium & Exhibition (SYMEX) was another successful milestone

achieved by the Project Management Institute Indonesia Chapter (PMIIC). The

event reached capacity of 85 registered participants, 12 international and local

speakers and 10 VIP guests from domestic and abroad such as Singapore,

Malaysia, Poland, USA, Japan, Hong Kong and many more. More than 50% were

loyal and returning participants who came from different industries such as

telecommunication, information technology, oil and gas, construction,government and education.

With the success, Project Management Institute Indonesia Chapter will continue

the tradition by organizing the 9th Project Management Symposium and Exhibition

(SYMEX 2020) on 11-12 March 2020 which will be located in Semarang, Central

Java, Indonesia. The two-day symposium provides a venue where attendees,

sponsors and speakers can exchange knowledge and experience in the secrets ofproject success by learning from others, make useful contacts, and receive

valuable insights. The SYMEX 2020 will provide professional development

opportunities for project management practitioners of all skill levels. The

symposium is also an opportunity for companies to meet project managers

seeking career transition and matching the interests, skills, and experience to their

needs.

All participants gather in one room to hear the Opening Keynote. As a Sponsor, your companyname/logo will appear in the room and displayed on backdrop. Keynote sessions attract allattendees, offering you significant exposure opportunity.

This will be a high quality guide with a back and front cover. It will contain facilities information,speaker profiles, session information, sponsor information and advertising.

The registration desk is a hub for information needs throughout the symposium. It will beconspicuous with a poster board designating your company name as a Sponsor of thesymposium.

All delegates receive a goody bag which provides an opportunity to include your marketingmaterial, and other promotional items such as pens, highlighters or notepads with yourcompany insignia.
