as Royal College of Engineering at Medak.

the field of Engineering and Management.

Its 'our privilege to announce that HITAM providing opportunity to its students to

explore their talents on world platform. Syedd Majedullah, PraveenKullu, Sparsha

participated in IX World Engineering Education Forum (WEEF), the International

Engineering Student Summit(WEEF-IESS) Chennai. In this event Totally 80

students were participated across the world.

Awareness session on course outcome – program outcome mapping

for preparing question paper

HITAM conducted an awareness session on course outcome(CO and program

outcome(PO) for preparation a question paper for evaluation. In this sessions principal

Dr. J. Shivakumar addressed Teaching faulty and stressed on the importance of CO &

PO for doing a valid evaluation.

teaching learning method. To enhance capabilities of faculty for

The Act of Eating Together

It was really a chill out day for

HITAM faculty in their hectic

schedule of NBA inspection.

HITAM organized the “ACT OF

EATING TOGETHER

PROGRAM” on 14th December

2019. Faculty before having

their sumptuous lunch

participated in some surprising

games like picking a chit from

the basket and acting as

mentioned in it. The faculty

shared their funny moments and

exhibited their hidden talents.

Later they enjoyed the delicious

lunch together who participated

in that program.

FACULTY CONCLAVE

HITAM conducts faculty conclave at the end of every each semester to

improve the quality of teaching learning process. Faculty conclave was held

on 3rd-4th January 2020. Conclave focuses on Course Outcomes (CO) of the

subject handled in previous semester. Faculty presents an overview of Course

Outcomes (CO), Program outcome (PO) mapping for their concern subject

and pedagogy used followed by implementation of the pedagogies and its

impact on students — learning.

National Board of Accreditation (NBA ) Inspection

NBA expert team visited HITAM for 3 days from 27th to 29th Dec, 2019.

They appreciated the motivation and sincerity of HITAM faculty towards

progressive student centric teaching -learning methods with outcomes.

NBA team was fascinated with the green environment of HITAM.

Faculty sports

As part of developing unity,

integrity, mental and physical

health among faculty, HITAM

organized faculty sports program

Faculty from all departments

(H&S, CSE,MECH,ECE,CSE)

actively participated in various

sports and tried their best to win the

games. The sports organizing

committee conducted various

sports like cricket, volley ball,

caroms, chess and other games in a

smooth manner. The hues of sports

T-shirts worn by faculty during the

play given special attraction to the

event.

Humanities and Sciences dept conducted One Day

Workshop “Importance of Pronunciation and Communicative English for

Engineering Students” on 7th December 2019 for 1st year students of

EEE, CSE, ECE& MECH. The resource person was eminent Dr

Kottacheruvu Nagendra, Assistant Professor of MANUU, Hyderabad. The

objective of this workshop was to improve speaking and writing skills

among the students.
