Projects with Educational Institutions

• Need: Assure technical fundamentals are acquired, lower costs to students and teachers, while maintaing similar quality

• Objective: Take advantage of “acadamies” of main IT companies, but complement them to improve certification yield, increase the pool of in-house certified instructors in local universities

• Invevestment:

– Design the model (External Consultant)

– Hire professional education companies to:

• Initially give training to students

• Train and Certify in-house instructors

• Results:

– Lower cost to less than 50%

– Better controled projects
