applicable) Standard Hand Tools
Screwdriver T6/T8/T10/T30
Pincette Pliers 3.0 Product Disassembly Process 3.1 List the basic steps that should typically be followed to remove components and materials requiring selective treatment:
1. Pull off the cassette 2. Open and remove front cover from printer 3. Remove 6 screws and remove PBA crum joint 4. Take off the right cover 5. You can disassemble the Main PBA, HVPS, SMPS 6. Remove the connector cover on Flatbed and disconnect the DADF connector. And then, Lift up the ADF release it 7. Pull up the front edge of the control panel to release it 8. Disconnect two connectors 9. Remove 8 screws, and then remove the PBA OPE and PBA BLU 10. Remove the screw cap and 2 screws 11. Remove 2 screws from the rear side 12. Move the flatbed assembly back slightly, and then lift up itd 13. Remove the 7screws on the top view, and remove the 2 screws on rear side 14. Remove 1 screw 15. Lift up the top middle cover to release it 16. Remove 2 screws and the remove the fax cover. 17. Remove 1 screw, disconnect one connector and one FFC, and then remove the fax PBA 18. In the rear side, Remove the rear-cover and remove fuser unit. 19. Take off the left cover 20. You can disassemble the Main drive1 21. Take off the cover-middle 22. You can remove LSU unit.
3.2 Optional Graphic. If the disassembly process is complex, insert a graphic illustration below to identify the items contained in the product that require selective treatment (with descriptions and arrows identifying locations).
