What is WebEx Meeting Center Audio Integration?
With the WebEx Meeting Center Audio Integration you are able to monitor and manage your participants
Center (= WebEx screen) during the meeting. Your participants do not have to be logged into WebEx Me
people who only use the Voice Conference are shown as “Call-in user”. You cannot see their names or th

2. Information on how to utilize the monitoring capabilities
Benefits:
• Visual User Interface makes it easier to manage your participants during the meeting• You can mute and unmute your participants.

1. Go to https://nsn.webex.com
2. On WebEx main page click ’’My WebEx’’ tab
and ’’My Audio’’ from the left side menu 3. Click ”Add account” >> Add Teleconferencing
Account popup appears
Fill your Audio information:
Call in toll-free number
- Select your Country/region from a drop down list and add global acce- Ensure Toll-free button is checked
Call-in number
select your Country/region from a drop down list and add your local acc
Leader PIN & Conference Code
Enter your personal Leader PIN and Conference Code
Recording dial-out number
Leave it as default
Click OK / Update

2. How to use monitoring capabilities
Participants are
shown as WebExusers (green ball)
and as soon as they
dial in you can see
them as Call-in
Users.
In order to merge
these two entries
(WebEx entry and
call-in entry) the
participants have toenter their attendee
ID. It is found on the
”Join Teleconference”
pop-up or on the
Meeting Info tab.

After joining the conference, participant enters
Attendee ID using a phone keypad (with any
phone device).
Attendee ID is a unique identifier for each
participant and it is used to merge the Meeting
Center and Voice Conference entries of a certain
participant >> See next slide
As a host please inform your participants to
perform this action. This has to be done every
time when joining a meeting.

2. How to use monitoring capabilities
In the old service you had to use two tools to perform call control.
Now you can monitor the call via WebEx Meeting Center.
You are now able to monitor your participants e.g.
>> you are able to see if there are participants on the phone line but
not in the WebEx (shown as call-in users)
>> you can see who is an active speaker (Sign next to the phone
symbol and the name is shown on speaking line). Please note that
people using the conference phone in a meeting room have to
choose whose attendee ID to use and they all are shown as that
person when speaking.
>> You can manage who can speak:1. Conference host is able to mute all incoming participants by
selecting option:
Participant – ”Mute on Entry”
2. Conference host is able to mute/unmute him/herself or other
participants
Terminating Meeting Center session also terminates the Voice
Conference
