How To Create an Account

1. Click on “Accept Tickets” link found in your in ticket transfer offer email.

2. Under “I don't have a Toronto Blue Jays Account Manager account”, enter the email address that the tickets were sent to and click the “Continue” button.

*You must use the same email address that the transfer offer was sent to because the email address is the unique identifier on the account.*

3. Fill out the required (*) fields with your contact information and create a password for your account.

*The password must be between 1 to 250 characters. Please only use letters and numbers, no special characters.*

4. Click the check box that says “I agree to the terms of use”.

5. Click the blue “Continue” button in the bottom right hand corner.

6. Read the Terms of Use and check the box to confirm that you agree. Click “Next”.

Click the “Accept” button to agree to the Terms of Use to complete the creation of your account.
