Campfires: Must be contained in a metal fire pit which is approved by the office.Campground Facilities: Are reserved for camping guests and their registered visitors. Campers must pre-register visitors. Visitor hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Campers who fail to register their visitors may lose their site or be charged the day fee of $36. Maximum eight people per site.Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in: 1:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am. If you need a late check-out, please make prior arrangements at the office. Thanks for leaving your site clean.Children: Must not be left in the resort unattended. Those under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult in all areas of the Resort. Site guest is responsible for all activities of children & visitors to the site.Damage: Damage or destruction of any property will be paid for by the individual who rented the site. This includes cost for a plumber to clear sewer of items which should never have been disposed in them.Emergency: in the event of a life threatening eMergency, please call 911(police, fire or aMbulance). a public phone, for eMergency use, is located in the entrance hall to the clubhouse.Firearms/Fireworks: No illegal firearms are allowed on these premises. BB guns and fireworks are not allowed to be used on these premises at any time.Laundry: The laundry room is open 24/7. DO NOT hang clothing or swimwear outside–EVER.Litter: Please be sure cigarette butts get into the green butt receptacles placed at building entrances throughout the park. Please place household trash in the dumpsters at the north end of the pull-through area.Parking: is permitted on your assigned site ONLY. You will be charged the day rate for parking in areas not assigned to you–doesn’t matter if it’s empty–DON’T DO IT!Pets ~ Dogs/Cats: TWO are welcome per site. You must declare pet breed at reservation and supply a certificate indicating that your pet’s shots are in compliance with Texas law. Pets may not be tethered outside your rig when you are not present–the tether must prevent them from running into the road or walkway and from entering onto another guest’s site space. Animals are not allowed off leash in this county. Leads must be no longer than 6-feet in length. Pick up ALL droppings pronto! Doesn’t matter if it’s behind, beside or in front of the park–pick it up! And dispose of it properly. Pets are not allowed in any building, showers, pool or pool area at any time–exception: registered service dogs. Do not fasten your dog to any trees.Quiet times: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am is quiet time.Refunds: We maintain a no refund policy, including for weather related conditions. In the event of mandatory evacuation, days lost may be applied to a future reservation.Severe Weather: Please seek shelter in the clubhouse kitchen.Sewer: Texas law requires that sewer hoses MUST BE fastened using a threaded connector or collar (donut) –these are available wherever RV supplies are sold. You are responsible to pay for plumbing repairs caused by your irresponsibility(see “Damage” above). Gray water must be contained and is not allowed to drain onto the ground. The Resort is not responsible for hose damage caused by lawn maintenance.Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted in any building. Please dispose of butts in the proper green receptacle.Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed in their containers in public buildings or on public walkways. ALL cans or bottles must be entirely covered by a koozie when carried off your site.Soliciting and/or Commercial Activity: is not permitted on the Resort without prior approval of management. Approved vendors will have a blue, dated pass from the office.Speed Limit: The 5 mph speed limit is enforced throughout the park; speeders will be evicted. Believe me, you have no excuse good enough!Wildlife/Trees: For your safety and the safety of others, please do not approach or feed any wildlife. Nothing is to be attached to trees EVER. ALL trimming will be done by park personnel. Notify the office for any site needs.Parents are responsible for their children and guests’ activities at all times!

Management assumes no responsibility for injury, accident or loss from any cause—including loss from theft, fire or acts of nature. Management reserves the right to limit the stay and number of persons per site and to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including obnoxious

language, disrespectful conduct, the condition and/or type of camping unit. Management reserves the right to change or amend these rules as
