decided to celebrate te great women o France,
te ones wo dared, te ones wo loved, tose
wit passion, tose tat decided teir destiny - ree,
independent women. Valrie Manols project was not
to imagine a literal retelling o teir li e stories, but
to use tese as te inspiration or sumptuous interiors
tat would evoke te past.
Through a subtle mix o
contemporary creations
and original period
urniture, the 35 rooms on
6 oors all have eminine
inuences, some obvious,some subtle
Mid-July 2013, the veilwill be lifted onthe Htel du Panthon
Since closing the hotel in February 2013, the HPRG label has been
engaged in the complete renovation o one o the most exceptional
establishments o the Lef Bank, transorming it into a4-star hotelwith the aid o interior designerValrie Manol.

Where is Yvonne?
As ofen te case in teir otels, te hPRG label is once again supporting te potograpic
arts by commissioning talented potograpers (Elene Usdin, Patrick Tourneboeu, te
duo Lucie Belarbi and Amlie Cassary, Sylvie Meunier (Instantans Ordinaires), and
Belgian Fabrice Monteiro) to create 50 works tat will be presented in te rooms and
corridors o te otel. A trail will be on oer, in wic visitors use a magniying glass to
searc te wedding potos ung on te walls o te basement, and try and ind te
person wo is in every single one. Tis un game will be called Were is Yvonne?

The interior designer / her background
Valrie Manol is an interior designer. Se studied wit designer Yves
Taralon and worked wit im or 6 years on projects as diverse as luxur y
private apartments, retail outlets (Guerlain, Rocas) and events (an
exibition about ne crafs at te Grand Palais in Paris and in Tokyo,
te Publisers Biennial at te Grand Palais, parties or te bicentennial
o te Frenc Revolution at te Bagatelle Gardens and te Louvre des
Antiquaires).
In 1995 se went independent, creating stands or trade sows as well as
project in Saudi Arabia. At te end o 1997, Valrie discovered te otel
trade afer meeting Roland Le Bvillon and Maurice Savinel, wit wom
se collaborated on a number o prestigious otels over te course o two
years, including te htel du Panton, La Bastide du Cours in Aix en
Provence and te htel Intercontinental Mzar in Lebanon.
Since 1999, she has continued renovating 3- and 4-star
hotels, as well as diverse private projects (a house in the 5th
arrondissement, lofs in Montmartre and Saint-Germain-des-
prs and apartments on avenue Foch and avenue Matignon).
