A Parent / Family Specialist provides free guidance to families to help them navigate the maze of medical, special education, mental health, addiction and community support services. A database of special needs resources has been developed and is regularly updated.
Families are assisted in locating services, programs and information that they will need. The Special Navigator program provides free referral information for individuals with special needs from birth to adult in Mahoning, Trumbull Counties and surrounding areas.
