CI SUMMER DASH FOR CASH

For a limited time -- a new summer bonus

Cash in this summer with our new CI Summer Dash for Cash bonus. Here’s how it works:

Between June 1 and Aug. 29, 2014, every pre-approved eligible account that successfully sells Critical Illness1.0 and

reaches a minimum of $2,000 in new total net sales premium (from any combination of products, it doesn’t all have to

come from Critical Illness 1.0) will earn a $200 bonus.

Bonus payment is allocated based on the opener premium split. The bonus will be paid monthly, and is for career agents

only.

This bonus is in addition to the commissions and bonuses sales managers and their reps can earn from their regular

compensation plan.

You can multiply your success by recruiting and training new people on the Colonial Life sales opportunity with the updated RTB. Did you know that many of our salespeople receive RTB bonuses of $10,000 or more each year? Or that salespeople have earned as much as $25,000 on a new recruit because of the RTB? If you're not taking advantage of this opportunity, now's the time. Beginning June 30, the RTB will change to a dollar amount bonus rather than a percentage bonus. That means each time a new recruit hits a new account premium milestone, you get a specific dollar amount bonus. For example, when the qualifying new representative hits $2,000 in new account sales premium, the recruiter/trainer receives $250. When the new rep hits $5,000, the recruiter trainer receives $300, and so on. The bonus is cumulative, so you keep earning cash each time the new rep hits a new account premium milestone. Whether you are currently in a sales rep or manager position, at some point someone shared this op-portunity with you. We're asking you to do the same for someone you know. Complete de-tails about the updated RTB program will be available on the Sourcing Recruits page on Propr next week.
