Our Health Check package includes the following servi- ces: • Interview with the customer about processes, map- ped products and components used • System performance check • Incoming and outgoing interfaces check (incoming and outgoing payment processing, master data, BW, etc.) • Standard functions check • Reporting check The result of these checks will be a document that iden- tifies whether there is potential for improvement and, if so, in which areas.
