Method
Disperse the Natrosol 250 HHR into the water with fast stirring. Add PVP K30 and begin heating to 65- 70°C. Separately combine the oil phase and heat to 65-70°C. Add the oil phase to water phase with fast stirring. Reduce stirring speed and at < 45°C add TEA premix. Then add Crothix Liquid and Mirustyle MFP PE. At 35°C stir in the remaining ingredients.
